Privacy Policy

Operated by Bright Sports & Entertainment, LLC · Last updated: October 6, 2026

Flag Prospect Series ("FPS," "we," "our," or "us") is operated by Bright Sports & Entertainment, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through flagprospectseries.com (the "Site") and our events, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Our events and platform are built for girls flag football athletes, most of whom are minors, so we take extra care with the information involved. Our Registration Terms, Conditions & Consent are part of your agreement with us and work together with this policy.

1. Who This Policy Covers

  • Parents and guardians who create an account and register an athlete;
  • Athletes, whose profiles are created and managed by their parent or guardian;
  • Coaches, scouts, and recruiters who apply for or hold a coach account; and
  • Visitors to the Site who browse, contact us, or read our content.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored in protected, hashed form).
  • Athlete information entered by a parent or guardian: name, date of birth, graduation year, position(s), school, travel team, location, height, GPA, SAT/ACT scores, intended major, college commitment details, a biography, social media handles, a profile photo, and an optional academic transcript.
  • Registration information: the event, the athlete registered, jersey size, and a record of the Terms and Parent Code of Conduct you accepted and when.
  • Coach information: name, title, contact details, school or program details, logo, headshot, and professional background you choose to add.
  • Messages and requests you send through our contact forms or by email, including registration change and cancellation requests.
  • Email sign-ups: your email address, and optionally whether you are a parent, athlete, or coach, when you sign up for updates through our website, add a note on a contact form, choose to receive updates when creating an account, or (for coaches) apply for an account.
  • An athlete's own email address, which a parent or guardian may add to an athlete's profile only for athletes 13 and older. It is kept private, never shown to coaches or on the public profile, and is used for updates only if the parent separately agrees.

Information created at our events:

  • Athletic testing results and evaluations, such as jump, speed, agility, strength, and position-skill measurements, and the FPS Score calculated from them.
  • Photographs and video of athletes captured at events, as described in our Terms.

Information collected automatically:

  • Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies that are essential to keep you logged in and remember your sign-in preference. If enabled, we also use analytics and advertising technologies on our public pages, described in Section 6.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of a payment, the amount, and a transaction reference, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and manage accounts, register athletes, process payments, and run events;
  • To build and maintain athlete profiles and display verified performance data, film, and evaluations;
  • To make athlete profiles available to approved coaches and recruiters for recruiting evaluation, as the core function of the platform;
  • To verify coach accounts and, where an athlete's GPA is submitted, to review the supporting documentation;
  • To send transactional emails, such as account confirmations, registration receipts, event updates, and results notices;
  • To respond to your questions and requests;
  • To send occasional emails about combines, new athletes, and Flag Prospect Series news to people who signed up for them or whose account or contact form included a notice about updates. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe;
  • To promote FPS events and the FPS brand, within the limits of our Terms;
  • To understand how the Site is used, measure advertising, and improve the Site and our events;
  • To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations; and
  • To produce aggregate, de-identified statistics about athletes and the sport (for example, average results at an event) that do not identify any individual.

4. How Athlete Information Is Shared

Athlete profiles are not public. They are visible to the athlete's parent or guardian, to FPS staff, and to coaches and recruiters whose accounts we have approved. What approved coaches can see is determined by the platform's coach access rules, and coach accounts are reviewed before they are approved.

A parent or guardian can also create a shareable link to a limited, read-only view of an athlete's profile and testing results. That view does not include videos, contact information, date of birth, transcripts, or social media handles. Anyone who has the link can see that limited view, so share it only with people you trust. The link can be turned off or replaced at any time from the athlete's page.

5. Other Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site and events, under obligations to protect the information. These currently include providers of database, authentication and file storage (Supabase); website hosting (Netlify); payment processing (Stripe); and email delivery (Resend).
  • Media and event partners, such as photographers, videographers, and broadcast or streaming partners, as described in our Terms.
  • Advertising and analytics providers, as described in Section 6.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of FPS, athletes, and others.
  • A business transfer: if FPS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy that protects it at least as well.
  • With your direction or consent, for example when a parent shares an athlete's profile link.

6. Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site (for example, pages viewed and time on site), and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the results of our advertising and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies and may receive your IP address, browser information, the pages you view on our public pages, and actions such as starting an account, beginning a registration, or completing a purchase.

We limit these tools in the following ways:

  • They are not used on signed-in pages, athlete profile pages, shared profile links, or account sign-in and password pages.
  • We do not send athlete names, dates of birth, performance data, or other athlete profile information to these providers.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, these tools are not loaded.

Under some state privacy laws, using advertising tools like the Meta Pixel may be described as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, adjusting your ad preferences with Meta and Google, using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, blocking cookies in your browser settings, or contacting us. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in.

7. Children's Privacy

FPS is a platform for athletes who are often under 18, and some may be under 13. Athlete accounts are not created by children. A parent or guardian creates the account, enters the athlete's information, and registers the athlete. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, and we do not use athlete information to advertise to children.

A parent or guardian may review the information in their athlete's profile at any time, edit it, request that we delete it, and refuse to allow further collection or use. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 11. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without the required consent, we will delete it.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the platform, run events, resolve disputes, keep records of registrations and consents, and meet legal obligations. Verified event results and registration records may be kept longer because they form part of an athlete's recruiting record and our business records. You can ask us to delete an account or profile, subject to those needs. Where we agree, we delete or de-identify the information within a reasonable time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls that limit who can view athlete profiles, encrypted connections, and protected storage for files such as transcripts. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

10. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and correction: you can view and edit most account and athlete information directly in your dashboard.
  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your account or an athlete's profile.
  • Sharing links: you can turn off or replace an athlete's shareable link at any time.
  • Emails: you can unsubscribe from update emails at any time using the link in any of them. We will still send messages needed to operate your account, such as confirmations and receipts.
  • Advertising and analytics: see Section 6 for how to opt out.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and for an athlete's information, that you are their parent or guardian.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated policy.

13. Where We Operate

FPS is based in the United States and the Site is intended for use in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
